通靈盒（Spirit Box）

如同溫度計與 EMF 讀取儀，說話通靈盒也是覽會初期相當好用的搜證道具，一般最常使用通靈盒來呼叫（按 B 鍵）鬼的講中名字，如果鬼魂沒有回應，都頑隊友則可試試看其他的皮鬼問法（當然也有可能該類型的鬼魂不會說話），若鬼回應就能順利獲得證據，通靈台詞不過通常建議是最後再使用通靈盒，以防走不出這棟鬼屋...

通靈板（Ouija Board）

通靈板是隻有在特定幾張地圖才會出現的特殊物品，其玩法如同碟仙、筆仙一樣，玩家找到通靈板後需要透過麥克風發話的方式向鬼問問題，但注意會消耗 SAN 值。

通靈板的位置通常相當偏僻，鬼魂如果回應的話則會觸發 EMF 獨取儀反應，發問者則會扣減 SAN 值。同時，玩家必須考慮到鬼魂發怒的可能性，一旦通靈板溝通失敗，通靈板將無法再次作用，且燈光會開始閃爍，使用者會大幅扣減 40% SAN 值，鬼魂也將進入獵殺模式。

除了上述狀況外，還有一些特定的單字會觸發鬼魂，不過一般來說中文玩家基本上平時語音對話不大可能觸發（除非像 Run 或是其他音近詞）。
